This is an exciting opportunity for a Fintech-enthusiast, versatile & highly organised EA to join a dynamic Crowdfunding platform, being highly integrated in all projects as working closely with the CEO.
You will also run projects with the marketing, sales and risk teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Support CEO in day to day activities and office management: manage diary, schedule and assist to executive meetings, prepare presentations.
  • Investor relations: Prospect new investors and work to deepen the relationship with existing ones.
  • Operations: Work on day to day operations such as wallet management for users
  • Finance: Help to manage operational financial forecasts and expenditure, assist the account team with book keeping.
  • Analysis: perform deep analysis of platform platform performance & growth feeding into future strategic planning.
  • Business Development:
    • Support the business development and due diligence team in reviewing inbound opportunities
    • Work with clients to source required company information e.g. video production
    • Process completed deals operations
  • Project support: ownership of research projects on the Fintech sector, e.g competitor’s analysis, research on international market trends
Essential experience and skills
  • Highly organized, motivated and keen
  • Interest in digital technologies and finance.
  • Willingness to join a young but highly experienced team working, in a rapidly growing sector.
  • Mastering Microsoft Office Softwares, including excellent excel modeling skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Additional language: French is a plus

This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in a fast paced growing start up alternative finance company. The role will be both interesting and rewarding and will offer the right person a chance to work closely with some great established and exciting brands and businesses as well as providing them the opportunity to learn and develop within this new innovative finance sector. As an Business Development Executive, you will be part of the Business Development team, working on new business applications. You will analyse their business plans, assess the viability of their business models and help manage their crowdfunding campaigns. The daily activities are mainly: identifying and contacting (established) businesses and drafting and reviewing of business plans, evaluation of business models’ viability, market analysis and marketing activities to push the campaigns online.

Key responsibilities
  • Working with the due diligence and risk team to assess the quality of the business.
  • Working alongside the business development team to contact new established businesses.
  • Researching and contacting potential businesses to raise on the Crowd2Fund platform.
  • Reviewing of company business plans to advise on best funding type.
  • Working directly with businesses and supporting the business development team to help onboard and create fundraising campaigns on the platform.
  • Advising clients on the best crowdfunding strategy for their business.
  • Strategic planning and marketing for businesses and their campaigns.
  • Working closely with partners to manage inbound deal flow.
  • Administrating campaigns via the platform, on a day-to-day basis.
  • Conducting market research and generating insights to create content based on the peer to peer sector.
