UK Interior Solutions is one of the North East’s leading suspended ceilings and partitions contractors, with works branching all over the UK. They have been trading for 5 years, achieving strong turnover and profits in this lucrative industry, refurbishing offices and hotels for regional and national construction companies. With the funds raised, they will be taking on a new contract, enabling them to expand.

Design. Develop. Deliver.

With over 20 years of industry experience, we launched UK Interior Solutions 5 years ago to offer high-quality, professional design and installation of all types of partitioning systems and suspended ceilings to clients around the North East. We pride ourselves on delivering high standards, expertise and dedication to every project, which is why we get so much repeat business, time and time again.

We offer all types of partitioning systems and suspended ceilings, including mineral, acoustic, metal and decorative systems. Over the decades we have developed a wealth of knowledge and experience, offering a comprehensive service for contractors, including regional and national construction companies, requiring suspended ceilings and partition solutions. We have also started to diversify, undertaking mezzanine floor installation and currently have teams working on projects around the UK.

Our business has been growing well and we are keen to expand further. The purpose of this loan is to allow us to take on a new, large contract requiring more materials and labour. Going forward we will be able to take on more work and maintain our strong growth while maintaining our high standards.

Business keeps the raised amount even if target is not met.

A. Not so much housing developers but large established Main Contractors, we are developing some land into residential premises as mentioned to give the company a higher float once developed and sold.

A. Bigger the job more initial outlay, with the potential funding opportunities and enhance payment terms our business will grow steady and comfortably.

A. We are getting bigger schemes off of repeat clients and with that new clients are getting news of our company delivering high quality work. In that we can negotiate better terms.

A. Jakob we have a small loan and small overdraft facility which must not be big enough to register at companies house. We also have no facility in place to ease cash flow.

A. We took a larger dividend to secure property / land we are going to be developing as a side arm to grow additional funds for future growth.

A. This is a question I would need our accountant to give us.

A. Hi Jakob we tend to complete around 100 contracts per year currently but are picking up a lot ,more clients which are also a lot bigger jobs.
