The business now has an integrated solution that includes a professional Helpdesk, CRM, Accounting module and Quoting tool, with fully integrated systems providing highly efficient working methods to benefit all clients.

This deal is an exception to our policy as the director (Les Mitty) was only appointed recently, however, he has a history with us demonstrating his capacity as a director of Tectrix Solutions for over 10 years, and therefore we are willing to make an exception. The director is providing a personal guarantee this means that if the business fails the directors become personally liable for the loan. The director is a homeowner, however this does not ensure there are sufficient assets should the loan need to be recovered. There have been no CCJs for the business or directors. There is a cross-company guarantee with Tectrix Solutions.
