As a franchisee of Sushi Daily, here at Stroud Sushi, we make our innovative, Japanese-inspired fusion food by hand, crafted to perfection in front of you by our skilled chefs. We are part of a brand family that consists of 2,500 employees across 10 countries, with over 600 kiosks, and we were among the first to deploy the shop-in-shop concept; you can find us in Waitrose stores in the UK.

The freshness and quality of our ingredients is incomparable, with everything being delivered daily. We comply with food standards and regulations; we also only use long line caught tuna, and not protected species. Our menu to choose from consists of fish, chicken, and vegetable takes on traditional sushi, including Maki, Sashimi, Nigiri, and Temaki recipes. We also have original creations like our Crunch Cali Roll, our speciality, topped with fried onions, and of course our signature rice. We sell individual packs to takeaway for lunch, or larger platters to take home and share. On top of this, we have an exclusive selection of imported Asian products, from soda to sauces, and all you need to make your own sushi at home.

People are a large part of our business, customers and employees alike. It takes between 5-20 years to fully qualify as a Master of Sushi due to the strict traditional training one has to undertake. Hence we call our chefs Artisans; they prepare your food with precision and care - plus an element of theatre! - as you wait. We know it is important to keep our customers in the know not only about our ingredients, but about our latest ventures through our active Facebook presence, and regular blog posts.

With the funds raised we will continue our success as a franchise, ensuring that everything runs smoothly, and allowing us to increase our stock and relevant fees.
