Strongbond Construction Ltd started trading in early 1998, based on 45 years of experience within the construction industry by the founders, Peter Whatley and Bob Adams, within large and medium-sized construction companies.
Working closely with architects and other professionals they quickly demonstrated their ability to undertake a diverse range of building, painting and decorating projects, all requiring a high level of management expertise. Their clients include homeowners, house builders, multinational PLCs, local business, educational establishments and ecclesiastical buildings.
Following the success of their construction activities, Strongbond Painting Specialists Ltd was formed in 1999, to provide professional painting and decorating services both to their own construction projects and to external clients. Since then, Strongbond Painting Specialists has earned a reputation as a reliable and efficient contractor to a wide variety of clients, both commercial and domestic - a reputation earned whilst maintaining the highest standards of workmanship, service and value for money.
In March 2015, the company embarked on the next stage of its growth when Gareth Jones became Managing Director of the Strongbond Group, acquiring 100% of the share capital from the founders. Having also acquired the electrical company RCD Ltd, Gareth continues to ensure that the Group goes from strength to strength.
