We offer our services on a domestic, commercial, or industrial basis and have numerous highly sought after accreditations including Scaffold association – Assessed members, Constructionline GOLD and Builders Profile Members to name a few. We’ve built a reputation with our clients for our speed and reliability service. Currently we are seeking funds for equipment and expansion.

The directors are providing a personal guarantee, this means that if the business fails, the directors become personally liable for the loan. The directors are homeowners, however this does not ensure there are sufficient assets should the loan need to be recovered. There have been no CCJs for the business or directors. In 2021, admin costs were £406,827 and other operating income was £30,338. In 2020, admin costs were £126,954 and other operating income was £34,902. The admin expenses in the financial table below includes other operating income. The Equifax score and grade, on which we base our assessment of risk, are based on the 2021 accounts. We have performed our assessment on recent financial information, including 2022 management accounts, which were not available to Equifax. The year to date management accounts show that net profit was £454,625 and net equity was £716,261. The bank statements demonstrate reasonable affordability and the accounts remain well in credit.
