Investing in real estate for more than 60 years, the Reddy Construction Company was formed in 1947 by our small family construction company in Suva, Fiji. Through joint ventures, we have helped build critically important infrastructure across the globe including universities, hospitals, airport hangers, and international resorts. We are always seeking out new investment opportunities with like-minded and aligned partners, and with the funds raised for this campaign, we will use it towards a new commercial unit a property currently being developed in the UK. As businesses start to open up, we have more opportunities for strong working capital to obtain more businesses and have them let out properties and manage them.

The director is providing a personal guarantee, this means that if the business fails the directors become personally liable for the loan. The director is a homeowner, however, this does not ensure there are assets to cover the loan in the event the business fails. There have been no CCJs for the business or directors. As part of the offer, we are taking a Cross Company Guarantee with Sai Ventures Ltd.
