The Original Oldschool Ski Company, trading as OOSC Clothing, is bringing the joy of the après ski lifestyle to the fashion of the slopes. Established by a group of friends with a passion for skiing, the team strive to be a leading name in retro-inspired sportswear, with winter and summer lines made from sustainable and recycled materials. The money raised will be used to fulfil purchase orders with some of their large retail partners, including ASOS and Zalando.

Après ski meets sustainability

At The Original Oldschool Ski Company, trading as OOSC Clothing, we've taken our love of the après lifestyle and snow sports, and combined the two to bring new life an old-school product– the ski suit. We spotted a demand for more contemporary alternatives in the ski and snowboarding attire market. Our products include our iconic, all-in-one ski suits ski jackets, base layers, t-shirts, sweatshirts, and accessories, all making up our winter range. Additionally, we're building a summer line, comprising of swimwear and accessories. We take inspiration for our prints from colourful, retro themes, with the aim of bringing some fun back to the mountains.

All our outerwear and soft good are made from our recycled and organic materials. We understand the importance of ensuring our products are sustainable and keeping our impact on the environment to a minimum to help preserve the mountains and landscape we love. Therefore, our technical ski suit and jackets are made with 51% recycled polyester from plastic bottles, and our cotton is organically produced, which helps reduce our carbon footprint. On top of this, all fabrics are waterproof, breathable– and, of course, stylish. Sample our products for yourself via the rewards we're offering below.

We're now seeking funding to facilitate some large purchase orders we have in the pipeline. Our goods are sold both directly from our website and shop in Meribel, France as well as through our partnerships with leading retailers across the world, including various ski clubs, several outlets in Verbier. We have established partnerships with ASOS in the UK, Zalando in Europe, and Shinesty in the US; the funds raised in this campaign will allow us to fulfil these contracts and continue to increase our product range.

A. We have reduced unit costs for next season and anticipate next season's GPM to go back to 52%. this is likely to increase as we scale. We are expanding at rapid rate with turnover doubling year on year so as expansion increases we expect our GPM and NPM to increase year on year as well.

A. Hi Chris, sorry for the delay: I have spoken to both our accountants&C2F and there is a separate line in our statutory accounts in order to distinguish the costs around our French company setup. Unfortunately Crowd2Fund do not have a separate line in the way they show our accounts on the platform so this is why it is reflected here. The shop has hugely increased our brand exposure and has enabled us to collaborate with the Folie Douce bar chain which has been amazing for our brand value.thanks
