With more than 35 years of experience between us, we are a family-run business passionate about providing refurbishment services for clients from an array of sectors. Specialising in commercial and residential fit outs, plant rooms and four-pipe FCU, our services are holistic and cost-effective.

One of our most proudest achievements was working in a Grade II listed building, filled with a rich and unique history, we managed to develop a world-class 5-star hotel with 85 apartments in Winston Churchill's Old War Office within 760,000 sq ft. Our work also included developing a six-story basement and the construction of a three-storey roof extension. We were also able to take on the M&E package which involved all of the plumbing and heating systems on the prestigious project in February 2020. We helped create premium apartments and helped with parts of the construction of the basement, the spa and the commercial kitchen.

Our services range from commercial and residential fits, where we specialise in office fit outs and large residential property developments. We include general plumbing and heating services. With Plant Rooms, we either replace existing plant room parts for a more cost-effective solution or if our clients would like, we can provide a full installation. Finally with our four-pipe FCU service, where we provide a four-pipe FCU, another cost-effective system from chilled water and heated water pumping perspective. These units are installed and we run the necessary pipework throughout the building.

Our business is continuing to grow and so we are now raising funds for stock purchase and staff costs.

COVID-Resilience:
The business has not been affected by COVID. The construction industry has recovered 2.5% last year after the lockdowns, and GlobalData reports that the industry is expected to recover a further 5.2% by the end of this year.

Credit Comment
The financial accounts show a £2.2m turnover with modest EBITDA of £28k as at Sep 20. These are amended accounts filed by the business. Management accounts show similar growth over last year. The bank statements show a good proportion of credits coming from their Ardmore contract. The director is providing a personal guarantee, this means that if the business fails the director becomes personally liable for the loan. The director is a homeowner, however this does not ensure there are sufficient assets should the loan need to be recovered. There have been no CCJs for the business or directors.
