LDN Apprenticeships was founded in 2010 in response to the high levels of youth unemployment in London that were caused by the 2008 financial crash. They saw apprenticeships as a tool to connect businesses and young people from all backgrounds to one another. Supported by MAYOR OF LONDON, they work with some leading companies including: Financial Times, Warner Brothers, Penguin Random House UK and more. They are currently seeking funds for working capital.

We create opportunities for diverse talent to realise their potential.

LDN Apprenticeships helps ambitious people find jobs they love and build successful careers. We’ve worked with thousands of apprentices and hundreds of employers to build apprenticeships that help develop the skills needed to succeed. We provide a dedicated personal skills coach with experience, industry-focused training and world-class support.

We care deeply about our apprentices and the companies that support them and everything we do revolves around improving the experience that they have with us. Our values underpin everything we do. 90% of our apprentices end up in full-time work and make a sustainable start to their career. Our programmes are free of charge for apprentices as we are funded by companies and the government predominantly. We support diversity and are proud to be giving people of all ages and backgrounds the opportunity to secure their futures.

We've partnered with some of the biggest companies in various sectors including Financial Times, Warner Brothers, Penguin Random House UK and more. LDN is at a very exciting stage of expansion. We are currently seeking funds for working capital.

Credit commentary:
The director is providing a personal guarantee, this means that if the business fails, the director becomes personally liable for the loan. The director is a homeowner, however this does not ensure there are sufficient assets should the loan need to be recovered. There have been no CCJs for the business or director. The Equifax score and grade, on which we base our assessment of risk, are based on the 2021 accounts. We have performed our assessment on recent financial information, including 2022 management accounts, which were not available to Equifax. The bank statements demonstrate reasonable affordability and the accounts remain well in credit.

Covid Resilience:
LDN Apprenticeships has moved through challenges presented by COVID-19 and is proving good resilience.
