Our APR explained
✔ We currently generate a turnover of approximately £3 million per annum, and with the planned acquisitions we project adding £6 million PA in incremental revenue. This growth will more than triple our current scale and significantly boost our market presence in vehicle movement & storage
✔ We have dramatically expanded our fleet & operational capacity: from running around 10 trucks, we plan to 35
✔ Through our acquisitions and expansion, we have and will unlock a pipeline of new customers and business opportunities in adjacent markets.
Our Story
We are at heads of terms to acquire three complementary firms for a total of £1.6 million, and we are now seeking funding to diversify capital for working capital and expansion. These acquisitions will add £6 million PA to our turnover, reduce our reliance on subcontractors, and enable us to better support customer demands with an expanded in-house fleet. We already operate Europe-wide vehicle movement and secure storage, with a new base opening in Belgium, and this capital raise will fuel our next phase of growth.
Credit Commentary
Heaunique, formed in 2017, specializes in secure vehicle storage facilities and transportation across the UK and Europe. It operates under the warehouse and storage sector and remains a small business with under 10 employees. The company is solely owned by Mr. Kyle Hewitt who has a decent credit score and is a non-homeowner. Heaunique is an existing borrower with C2F with few repayments left and exhibits a good track record. The company holds Equifax Grade of D(-) and the credit based investment is deemed in between medium to high risk category. The sole shareholder of the company is providing personal guarantee which means should the company fail to repay the loan, we can turn to the guarantor to cover any shortfall. Additionally, we are aiming for Debenture which would be contingent upon the amount raised, that is, if this investment manages to raise £50k or more, we will seal the loan with Debenture. The company accounts are prepared by an external accountancy firm. Looking at the financials of the company, the company has shown a steady growth in turnover over the past few years (6M YE Jun’ 25: £:1.8m; YE Dec’24: £3.1m; YE’Dec 23: £2.9m) resulting in Profit Before Tax of 6M YE Dec’ 25: £:152k; YE Dec’24: £200k; YE Dec‘23: £311k. The company has Fixed Assets worth £856k majorly comprising motor vehicles, resulting in a significant Depreciation charge of 152k (as of Dec’24) supporting EBITDA to £429k and Debt Service Coverage of 4.6x. The Net Equity of the company stood at £471k. However, the company has been in a net current liability position over the past few years. The 6M Jun’25 accounts show a net liability position of £78k, majorly due to an invoice financing facility recorded under current liability. The Operating Cash flow of the company is positive. The company’s bank account and Open Banking reflect a good level of affordability to support the loan application . The loan disbursements would support in expanding the company base- aiming to procure additional three transport companies and to expand existing fleet working around Europe to service old and new clients. The remaining portion of the funds required to support expansion would be raised from invoice financing on the ledger, assets and cash in the business. Inflation risk: The business is not materially impacted by inflation.
