Glass House are a whisky and champagne bar located in the magnificent Milburn House, Newcastle, where they've dramatically renovated and redesigned the interior to retain the decadent feeling of the 1920's. Glass House are looking to expand the decadence from drinking to eating with a new restaurant for which they are looking to crowdfund this loan.

Glass House Leisure brings clients the art of drinking in good company.

The mastermind behind Glass House is Mark Nigrelli, who has been working as a singer for the last 20 years, performing in clubs and venues around the world. Whilst on one of said travels that Mark's idea for Glass House became to take form.

In an interview with Jamie Hardesty, at Bdaily, Mark commented, “While I was in New York I visited a whiskey bar which I really liked because it had a great feel about it. While in Stockholm I visited a champagne bar which was similar in quality.
With Glass House I want to bring those two establishments together and create a venue that customers might expect to find in London but not necessarily in Newcastle city centre.
It will be the type of establishment you can go to and have a nice quality drink with friends in a luxurious setting.“

True to his word, Glass House brings guests the ultimate drinking experience with an array of world wines, continental beers and an unrivalled selection of the finest whiskeys.

A whisky room and an outdoor cigar terrace as luxurious as their interior compliment the experience. On the secluded terrace, one can enjoy a varied selection of cigars to accompany their outstanding range of drinks. If guests are looking for alternative amusement, they can try their hand at cocktail making or afternoon tea.

Mark is now seeking to expand Glass House and provide guests with an increased experience by adding a restaurant and provide more than his current nibbles menu.
