With close to 50 years of trading, Furmanac have grown from supplying furniture components to creating a multitude of brands oriented around adjustable beds and lift-and-recline chairs. Having secured a contract with Benson's, the funds raised over the course of this campaign will be used to facilitate that contract, continuing their firm grasp on the adjustable bed market.

From the humble roots of a furniture component supplier formed in 1968, to growing into the largest adjustable bed manufacturer in the UK, the Hilliard family have strived to operate Furmanac through exercising 4 key values that we hold to our core. Our most important value is to keep our operation customer-focused to ensure that we are continually expanding our range of products to fit the needs of those using our products.

Our beds have been able to provide a good night's sleep to people across the UK, including one particular customer with COPD who described our adjustable bed as life-changing, allowing them the to "wake refreshed and feeling well for the first time in years". The growth of our company has not gone unnoticed: in 2015 we were listed on London Stock Exchange’s 1000 Companies to Inspire Britain, a celebration of the UK’s fastest-growing and most dynamic small and medium sized businesses.

We believe that we can keep our core values while growing as a business, and recently secured a contract with Bensons for Beds, which is Britain's largest retailer of beds. With your help we are looking to raise the money required to accommodate for the increase in demand that our new partnership is bound to produce, and continue providing high-quality, comfortable beds and chairs.
