FSG Property Services Ltd
FSG Property Services Ltd have been helping local authorities/housing associations to refurbish and improve their properties for nearly two decades. They are also active in the local community, providing job opportunities and courses to help people develop the skills for a career in construction. They require funds to aid their expansion and move into a new set of offices.
Committed to helping local authorities develop homes public space and other buildings to create sustainable communities.
Although our clients are predominantly within the social housing sector, we have a number of projects in our portfolio of case studies from the Commercial & Educational sector and Care & Supported Living sector. Outside of our projects we have committed ourselves to work with local charities and public sector organisations to improve quality of life and create job opportunities that allow people to learn vital skills that can help their employment prospects.
Our continued growth has allowed us help improve the quality of living standards for more and more people every year, and now we need funds so that we can accommodate our growing team by moving into a new office to accommodate an expanding team.
Where will the funds go?
A. Hello Bernard,
I'm Jon and we operate within a 50 mile radius of Milton Keynes. There are a few exceptions to this but our core client base is within this area.
A. Sorry Grzegorz I missed this yesterday! 2016 creditors were slightly low at the time we cut of the accounts, basically due to a large payment run that had fallen in just before the deadline. The main reason they were higher at the last year end was down to an increase in business.
A. I cant see why not! We've been working for this particular client for 5 years and last year we were successful in tendering for a further 4 years servicing most of their external work packages. This contract is for their internal works 'voids & responsive repairs' and is a great opportunity for us to expand in the area....hence the new unit and requirement for working capital.
A. Hello Colin,
The three guys were never meant to be put on as directors! they took a small shareholding and form part of our board. The idea was to make them non-execs but the solicitor registered them as directors hence the short time they were actually on companies house. They are a great asset to the company with the experience they have so another good addition to help us achieve the growth target.
A. Hi Sharon,
I don't want to appear unwilling to disclose this kind of information but it is confidential. I can say that we don't have any loans other than a small on going one with our bank taken out 4 years ago and used for a government scheme called the green deal. We are a genuine company looking to grow with a strong track record in what we do. Happy for you to contact me outside of this....
A. Morning David,
No it doesn't! the money isn't just for the new office, we have secured a large contract which requires us to transfer a large number of staff under TUPE. There's also the mobilisation to be done in a very short time due to the incumbent contractor pulling of the contract. Bids for new work can be expensive due to the process we have to follow within our sector so the 250k is for overall growth in this area while we start the new contract and refurbish the office we have found.
