Flexi-Lets provide serviced apartments and houses to business travellers, contractors or leisure guests, offering a “home away from home” for just a few nights, a week, a month or even a year. Following numerous requests, they are seeking funds to access apartments in Slough, Maidenhead, Bracknell and Reading, aiming to double their turnover.

Our extensive portfolio offers comfortable serviced apartments, ranging from 1-bedroom flats to 4-bedroom townhouses, for flexible short and long term lets. We currently have apartments in Farnborough, Camberley, Basingstoke, Guildford, Woking & Frimley, located near key business areas and transport links. Our apartments are very popular, as they offer guests, such as business travellers, contractors and holidaymakers, the same flexibility and service as a hotel, but double the space and comfort.

We pride ourselves on offering a 'Home away from home' experience, giving guests the flexibility to cook for themselves, save money on personal costs or company expenses, along with regular cleaning services, keeping the apartments clean and refreshed throughout their stay. As an accredited member of the Association of Serviced Apartment Providers (ASAP), we maintain very high standards of service, facilities, customer care, comfort as well as health & safety. Our commitment to quality has earnt us a consistent client base.

In the last 6 months, we have received a great number of enquires from people looking to rent accommodation in areas we do not currently have available. The funds raised will allow us to gain access to apartments in Slough, Maidenhead, Bracknell and Reading, with the aim of doubling our current turnover and profit.
