Looking to develop Brookscomm services to meet changing customer needs, co-founder Amanda Brooks became a Chartered Practitioner – the first in a Surrey Agency - making sure we were up to date with the latest industry thinking and techniques as PR and marketing develops. Armed with the latest PR and Marketing services, we asked our clients how their needs had changed to better deliver our services.

Our customers have been very clear: they are faced with a changing business world and have continually evolving PR and marketing needs. They want us to use effective digital marketing for pinpoint targeting of the right customers and influencers, but they want us to enhance this with our PR skills to make sure we are boosting their business relationships and enhancing their reputations. We do not want to simply bombard or annoy their potential customers with repetitive marketing campaigns.

Using our relationship building and customer engagement skills and experience, we build tailored combination PR and marketing campaigns to provide interesting, useful, amusing and educational material for potential and existing customers and connections. We boost our clients profiles and reputations by engaging with useful information, creating conversations and helping their customers to buy. We do not repetitively hard sell to our clients customers.

Business is very good: we are achieving our targets and making our goals a reality.

We are now looking to take the business to the next level. We are looking to further enhance our integrated service offering with some new key team members.

We are also looking to invest in some extra space and an upgrade to part of the office, followed by some new equipment to create a creative design workshop, production and storyboarding area. We are also looking to invest in our own website and marketing
