BRYMPTON HOUSE EVENTS LIMITED
Brympton House is a beautiful manor situated in Someret that has been the dream setting for weddings and private events of all kinds, for years. We are looking to raise funding to refurbish the site, and keep it in peak condition for all future couples spending their big day here.
The Most Beautiful House in England
That is what Christopher Hussey, one of the most prominent architectural authorities of his time said in a series of articles near the beginning of his time at Country Life. Those remain the only detailed accounts of the manor, however since then we've helped hundreds of couples to have a wedding that they will never forget.
We cover all areas to make sure that guests are able to share an unforgettable experience. Our clients can choose to wed in a variety of on-site facilities, whether it be a civil ceremony taking place in the romantic Castle House, a grand wedding in St Andrew's Chruch, or even taking advantage of the 33 acres of parkland on our grounds by joining together in The Temple, an imposing 18th Century structure containing a stunning lake as part of the backdrop.
There are halls and dining rooms for groups of all sizes. Our clients are able to have an intimate dinner in our State Dining Room, lit entirely by candlelight, while those who prefer grander receptions can hold up to 228 guests in our Ballroom. Guests can also take a stroll throughout our beautiful parkland, which is home to a romantic walled garden, an orchard, a Japanese garden, marquee lawn, a tennis court and even a cricket pitch!
The in-house teams that are part of the business are not only there to bespoke requirements for happy couples; the grounds of our incredible manor can also be used for private events, including corporate team building events and dinners.
The manor has stood since 1220, and with that kind of endurance comes the need to make some changes. With your pledges we want to refurbishment facilities on the ground to provide an impeccable setting for decades to come.
