Believe out or not, the current Covid-19 has had a positive impact on our business. Due to the high number of staff sickness in Nursing homes and hospitals in both the private and public sectors, and not to mention some of their workers taking advantage of the government's sick pay, there has been a surge in the demand for temporary health care workers to fill in the gaps.


Our weekly hours (Nurses and Carers service hours have increased from 1,200 to 1,800. And we think this will only increase in the next coming weeks taking into account we have closed 2 new contracts that would bring us an additional 3,000++ hours per week. For the past few days, we have been inundated with calls from nursing homes and other recruitment agencies who are proposing for us to support them with their staffing needs. We are currently working on these.

A. Hi Michael, the covid-19 crisis has had a positive impact on our business. For the last 2 wks, our weekly hours (Nurses & Carers service hours) have increased from 1,200 to 1,800 (equivalent to £12,000 - £17,000 worth of invoices per week). And it will definitely increase in the next coming wks taking into account that we have closed 2 new contracts that would bring an additional 3k++ hrs per week. The demand for temp healthcare workers is HIGH in both the private & public sectors

A. Hi Jakob. We will be marketing to Nursing Homes, Residential Care Homes, Private Hospitals and Specialist Facilities with the ultimate goal of becoming a master provider and supply staff to NHS trusts across the UK. Marketing will be done thru cold /warm calls, walk ins (if allowed), social platforms (ie. Facebook, Linked in), Flyers, Handing out of Brochures and more. Because of the current crisis, we have been inundated with calls from several Nursing Homes in and out of London.

A. Hi Jakob. The funding is to be used for our expansion and operations. And yes, in a way, it is to keep more temps. on our books. Re: office staff, we only have a handful, most of which are currently working at home. For us to be cost efficient, we have also managed to outsourced some key roles.

A. Hi Jakob, The contracts are on a weekly basis. We currently have 11 clients (Nursing Homes) of which 4 are active. When I say active, these homes are giving us staffing requests on a weekly rota basis. These 4 clients make up 95% of our weekly invoices which is equivalent to £12k - £15k per week. With the current corona virus crisis, our hours have increased from 1,200 to 1,800 hours per week. Nursing homes are in dire need of Nurses and Carers nowadays.

A. Hi Jakob. The consolidation will save the company 4.5% per week worth of interest and will give us more cash flow for our operations.
