Bambino’s Boutique Ltd is an exciting venture which has taken its roots from the flourishing success of Little-Bo-Peeps Child-minding, which was established in 2006. Run by a highly skilled and qualified team, we’ve gone from strength to strength. In 2016 Bambino’s was awarded the Step into Quality award. We are committed to providing leading quality childcare and education and have become highly respected and valued amongst parents, carers and other professionals in the sector.

There are many reasons for our growth to date. We offer nutritious meals which have a 5-star Food Hygiene rating. The environment we create is relaxed but purposeful for the children. The education and care we offer to each child are excellent. We understand that every child is unique, with their own characteristics and temperament. At the heart of our practice is the principle that every child has the right to be included. Recognising similarities and celebrating differences assists each child to develop a positive sense of themselves and cultivate respect for others developing strong and secure relationships and progression through their learning journey at their own pace.

Being a mother of five children, I am well aware of the importance of choosing the right early years of education and care. Giving parents peace of mind with our extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff brings me joy. As we continue to grow we are seeking funds for expansion and working capital.

Credit commentary:
The directors are providing personal guarantees, this means that if the business fails, the directors become personally liable for the loan. The directors are homeowners, however this does not ensure there are sufficient assets should the loan need to be recovered. There have been no CCJs for the business or directors. The bank statements demonstrate reasonable affordability and the accounts remain well in credit.

Inflation risk:
The business advised that they should not be as affected by higher input costs as they have implemented a fee increase from December 2022. As the majority of lending to the business is at a fixed rate, they will not be immediately affected by interest rate increases. The directors do not expect to draw money from the business as their outgoings and mortgages are all at fixed rates so they will not need to earn higher incomes, and all capital is vital for the growth of the business. Bambinos Boutique Daycare advised that they are less likely to be impacted by inflationary pressures as all rents are set for the next three years and the rising costs of energy, food and wages are all covered with their new pricing increase, which takes effect from 5th December 2022.
