They provide services in personal care, home help, companionship and respite care. All of their services are bespoke and provide a great routine for each individual. They strongly encourage independence, health, and wellbeing to provide a high quality of life and their vision is to create harmony in each community. The funds raised for this campaign will go towards recruitment, supplies and expansion.

Providing a healthy living environment for your every need.

Providing quality home care for our patients, Sterling Standard Care Group was founded in 2016 by a group of highly experienced professionals who understood the need of having quality services in domiciliary care. Our team cares deeply about our patients and the need for a high quality of life within their chosen living environment. At SSCG, we promote bespoke care to ensure each individual is able to live well independently, thus promoting better health and wellbeing for all.

We strongly believe in excellent, reliable and affordable care in the home and within the community, and we are not satisfied until we are certain that everyone in the local area has the care they need when they need it. We are swift in our response to our patients and are always on-call to help, and we pride ourselves in our reliability.

We care about enhancing the health, wellbeing and growth of those that are with us, those who work for us, and those who we work for. At SSCG, all of our staff are friendly and approachable and put a lot of heart into their work. We provide regular training and ensure that all personal information is handled with great care and sensitivity.

SSCG provides a range of care such as elderly care, palliative care, live-in care, reablement/post-hospital discharge care, respite care, dementia, learning difficulties and complex care. The types of services provided are as follows:

- Personal care services - This includes washing and bathing, grooming and assistance with eating.
- Home help services - For example, shopping, laundry, prepping meals and overseeing home deliveries.
- Companionship services - Reading to patients, maintaining a calendar, contact with friends and family as well as arranging appointments etc.
- Respite care - Reminding clients to take medication, light housekeeping, help with local transportation and assistance with personal hygiene and many more.

Our services are so vast for the reason that we care about the issues that matter to various types of patients, so we are willing to go over and beyond.

We will be using the funds from this campaign for expansion as well as for recruitment and marketing.

It has been a wonderful journey for us and we are excited for you to be a part of it.

COVID-Resilience:
The business has continued to grow in spite of COVID and follow strict PPE guidelines to ensure vulnerable patients remain safe.

Credit Comment:
There is consistent growth for the business. Turnover increased to £700k May 21 (from £500k May 20). The director is not a homeowner however he will still be providing personal guarantee for the loan, this means that if the business fails the director becomes personally liable for the loan. There have been no CCJs for the business, however the director did have a CCJ relating to an Amigo loan which he was a guarantor for, which was settled. The bank statements show a positive balance at all times and show affordability to support a loan.
