Slime Party UK is one of the UK’s leading sensory putty brands. From their production facilities in Yorkshire they produce lightly scented sensory putty that is rigorously tested for child safety, ensuring maximum fun for kids and minimum worry for parents. They are also heavily committed to remaining environmentally friendly and operating on green principles. They have worked with several well known brands, as well as the Great Ormond Street Hospital.

To bring ethical, sustainable, and value-driven sensory enjoyment to both children and adults, while adhering to green practices.

My journey to starting Slime Party UK began whilst I was on maternity leave. In 2017 YouTube was taken over by the slime craze and two of my daughters became obsessed. For months our house was filled with sticky potions and mixtures as they tried (and failed) to make slime. I had intended on banning slime completely but seeing how much the girls enjoyed playing with it I instead decided to get hold of the materials and teach them how to make it correctly. In an effort to keep the mess out of the house I hired our local village hall and set up a little workshop for my daughters and their friends. It was a huge success and I realised there was a big gap in the market for childrens’ party entertainment for ages 6-12 year olds and so, Slime Party UK was born.

What sets our sensory putty apart from competitors is its unique texture that is both stretchy and mouldable, allowing children to create endless shapes and designs, Additionally, our putty comes in a wide range of vibrant colours that stimulate creativity and imagination. All our putty is manufactured in our UK factory where we prioritise the safety of children, which is why all our putty undergoes rigorous testing to meet and exceed all safety standards. It is made from non-toxic materials, ensuring a worry-free play experience for both children and parents. Our putty not only provides hours of fun but also offers educational benefits. It helps develop fine motor skills as children manipulate and shape the putty. The sensory experience of playing with our putty also stimulates tactile exploration and encourages imaginative play.

We’ve been in operation since 2018 and saw significant growth post Covid. We’re proud to have worked with brands such as Ticketmaster and River Island, as well as the renowned Great Ormond Street Hospital charity. Not only that, but we are a truly home-grown business that went from a kitchen table to stores across the country! Our goal is to provide mess-free and eco-friendly sensory experiences for our customers, ensuring both fun and environmental responsibility. As a toy manufacturer, we strive to innovate and create products that promote sustainable play and foster creativity in a responsible manner.

The Equifax score and grade, on which we base our assessment of risk, are based on the April 2023 filed accounts.
