VERROLYNE SERVICES LTD
At Verrolyne Services, we specialise in providing care for people within their own homes, allowing those who require care the opportunity to maintain, or regain, their independence. With your funding, we want to expand by moving into a new office, simultaneously taking on and training more carers to help deliver the high quality of care that we currently provide.
Supporting industry and elderly communities with passion
Those under our care can expect a team that is dedicated to providing 24 hour care through our vast range of services, each delivered to the highest standard. Our services include:
Cleaning & blitz services.
Here at Verrolyne, we appreciate the difficulty which comes with choosing the right home care provider, after all, these are your loved ones. This is why we are proud of the reputation we have built through our determination to maintain a high quality of care, which allows our clients to feel that they are receiving dignified, relationship-led, reliable care they would personally recommend.
The reasons that our care is so highly regarded is because we make sure that our staff are trained to deliver outstanding service, with bespoke training courses originating from our sister company, Verrolyne Training Ltd. The company consists of a team of trainers, qualified assessors, internal verifiers and lead IQAs providing training services to East London, Essex and beyond.
To ensure that our quality never falters, we apply a robust Quality Assurance and Monitoring system and work closely with a number of professional care reviewers such as the Care Quality Commission who, in a review conducted in February of last year, gave our service an overall rating of "Good", stating that our clients "received care from care workers who understood their preferences for care and support".
With your funding, we are looking to move into a new office, increase our staff and, in essence, continue to grow Verrolyne Services and continue provide the same the level of care for which we are known for our existing and new clients.
Where will the funds go?
A. Hello Neil,
this was due to a delay from our accountant to file a paperwork, this has since been rectified
A. Hi Gordon, our carers are paid £8.75 Monday to Friday and £9.50 over the weekend.
Prior start they attend 5 days training which includes 1 day Induction and 4 days care certificate that is also TQUK accredited at a level 2. After which they completed a 10 hours shadowing with a main carer before starting on their own.
