Our Story
Thriiver was founded in 1997 with a simple belief: everyone deserves the tools and support to do their best work. I Lawrence founded the business as a dyslexic thinker myself and for nearly three decades we've helped neurodivergent people succeed in the workplace through assistive technology, specialist training, workplace needs assessments and one-to-one coaching. Much of our growth has come through the Government's Access to Work scheme, where we support over 5,000 live customers. Processing delays in that scheme have softened sales this year, which is exactly why we're transitioning towards direct partnerships with employers. Organisations like Transport for London, Channel 4 and some of the UK's leading law firms already trust us. This funding supports that transition: investing in sales and account management, building our brand, and upgrading our systems to serve a much larger client base. We're established, specialist and ready for our next chapter.
