Elevator pitch
Smalley Hot Tub Services was born out of necessity during the first lockdown, when hot tub owners were left without support from suppliers. Recognising this gap, we stepped in—and soon became the UK’s first manufacturer-endorsed repair specialist for Cosy Spa, working with Net World Sports to manage their warranty repairs. Our work not only accelerated our own growth, but also helped reduce costs and waste—proving that repair should always be the first, most sustainable choice.
With 17 years of military service and an engineering degree behind him, Chris brought his precision and problem-solving to the outdoor leisure industry. Together, as a husband-and-wife team, we offer a diverse range of high-quality products to suit different budgets and lifestyles. However, Equifax grades the company as an E, on account of a small Net Equity recorded in the balance sheet. The C2F credit score model ranks it as a high risk credit investment. The owner of the business is Justine Smalley and is a non-homeowner. The business owner’s credit report indicates a few unsecured loans that are nearly paid off, with only few payments remaining and a strong record of repayment.
