S4A SPORTS 4 ALL LIMITED
S4A are a team of sports specialists helping schoolchildren reach their full potential. Their Ofsted-approved programmes range from P.E. lessons to parties, using fun and engaging sports to develop sports skills alongside qualities that can be used in the wider world, such as teamwork. Following their successful previous raise to update their facilities, S4A are now planning to open two new childcare settings in schools and will use the funds raised towards it.
Pioneering the importance of sport development
Our coaches are thoroughly trained and expert in engaging and inspiring young people. Our service also acts as childcare and we see our staff as positive role models. We are pioneering the importance of sport development with our S4A Development Centre, where we offer skilled coaching for junior football teams and individuals. Inclusivity is highly important to us: we welcome children of all abilities, as our main goal is to ensure that every child enjoys themselves.
We are now raising to open two further settings. Our previous raise with Crowd2Fund enabled us to fit a new astroturf in one of our facilities. This time, we aim to expand our group as we continue our successful growth trajectory.
Where will the funds go?
A. I will have a look into this and see what I can find Stephane.
A. S4A Sports 4 All is the main trading company encompassing the childcare and Physical Education within schools side of the business, S4A Development is a company that deals mainly in football development and coaching of young children who are aiming to reach their next level, S4A Holdings is currently not trading, but we have projects planned for this in future. All three companies are linked via the same Director.
A. Hi Stephane, the long term liabilities are loans from family to get the company off the ground and have no fixed repayment date. The company will pay back the money when cash flow allows and there will be no interest charged on this.
