We are a current member of the BBC Worldwide Labs (BBCW) Accelerator Programme.
Investors pledging (in chronological order) the first £150,000 in respect of this Campaign will be allocated the company's SEIS entitlement. The remainder of investors will (if eligible) be entitled to claim under EIS. On pledges reaching £150,000 (the â€œSEIS Targetâ€), £150,000 will be released to the company and shares issued in respect of such sum. The remainder of the sums raised will be held by Crowd2Fund until such time as the company has spent 70% of the SEIS Target and the Campaign Target has been met.
