A family-run company, Osbourne Blinds & Interiors Ltd., provides bespoke soft furnishings and premium window coverings to homes and hotels. We provide free consultations, made-to-measure curtains that we expertly hang, as well as a wide range of blinds and shutters. We started our business in the interiors and home furnishings industry because it is something we both enjoy and are passionate about. We constantly face challenges, whether it be creating new designs or products, but enjoy overcoming any obstacles that may arise. Our mission is to bring bespoke quality products to customers and open another shop replicating our current showroom in another area.

Credit commentary:
The directors are providing a personal guarantee, this means that if the business fails the directors become personally liable for the loan. The 6-month January 2023 management accounts show that pre-tax profit for the period was £40,290.24 and net equity was £152,020.79.

Inflation Risk:
As the majority of lending to the business is at a fixed rate, they will not be immediately affected by interest rate increases. The directors do not expect to draw money from the business as all capital is vital for the growth of the business.
