We believe IT truly means business! We have a passion for cloud technology and seeing the many ways in which it can benefit our customers. We aim to help organizations work smarter, serve their clients better and make their business more successful. Through our amazing teams in the UK and Poland, we deliver a comprehensive portfolio of design, deployment and support services, tailored to the specific challenges our clients face. We are also a reseller for a range of software and cloud services, including Citrix, Microsoft Azure and Office 365.
Our business has gone from strength to strength as we have built up a dedicated and skilled team. Because of the great service we provide, many of our clients come from referrals, but now to scale the business further we are looking to expand our sales team. With the funds raised, we will recruit more business development executives and invest in marketing.

we're hoping to achieve £750k (excl. VAT) turnover and ca. £100k profit this year through the UK business. The Polish subsidiary should achieve £350k revenue (mostly subcontracting for the mother company - Meritum Cloud UK though) and ca. £50k profit.

Apologies for my late reply.
I would say 30% is sales & back office staff, the rest are fee earners across professional services and managed services contracts.
Regarding the current breakdown, at the moment 80% is Professional Services and 20% Managed Service contracts with Microsoft CSP transacted sales (Office 365 and Azure consumption etc)
our goal is to achieve 70/30 ratio of MS vs PS/project revenue in the next 2-3 years.
A. Hi Chris,
We will be using it to hire a technical resource and a sales resource in the UK so some of the money will go on recruitment fees and some of it will be used to fund 1st few months of salaries until we start to see ROI for those new hires.
FYI we also have money in the bank so this is not the only money we have for cash flow.
