Little Pickers, trading as Rockpool Tour Catering, are here to feed the music industry and fuel the after parties around the world. Having catered for the likes of Madonna, Queen, Red Hot Chili Peppers, AC/DC, and Metallica, they have all bases covered, from a personal chef who can cater for the special dietary needs to a whole team for a stadium tour. Having previously raised with us, they aim to grow further by purchasing more specialist equipment and setting up a rental programme to hire it out.

Feeding the music industry

Here at Rockpool Tour Catering, we're all about fuelling entertainment. We specialise in three areas: event catering, tour catering, and personal chefs. Whatever the occasion, we're the people for the job with vast experience in the tour catering industry, highly trained chefs, and outstanding front of house staff. Our service is inherently bespoke - we're used to accommodating unusual circumstances! - which means we offer a range of cuisine for our clients to choose from, and we can set-up almost anywhere, indoors or outdoors.

We've acquired an impressive client list since we began trading. This includes big names such as Nirvana, Oasis, Madonna, and The Sex Pistols, as well as long-standing clients for the last decade, Muse, Red Hot Chili Peppers for the past three years, and Metallica for the past four. We're also proud to have catered at festivals like T in the Park, V Festival, and Glastonbury. Most recently, we catered for Charlie Puth's 2018 tour in Asia, and served a huge 800+ audience at Production Futures in our pop-up cafe.

Central to our ability to adapt is our equipment. We designed it ourselves to be hardwearing, easy to manoeuvre and transport, while remaining aesthetically pleasing. We have Smeg ovens with built-in flight cases, front of house units with a fridge, coffee machine, and power points, plus media units with LED TVs, sound systems and DVD players, all powered by an amp. We raised with Crowd2Fund last year to purchase more equipment for stadium tours we had booked in the USA and Europe. Now, we will used the money raised to purchase more, in order to keep up with our growing demands. Additionally, we have devised a way to make returns on these purchases, by rent them out. The funds will therefore also be used to set up this hire programme as a bolt-on to the main business.

A. The rental side is designed to run in sync with the touring and Cafe areas of the business. the rental income equates to around £200K currently of our turnovers we rent our equipment to the clients as part of the touring budgets.

A. we have invested heavily in the US set up and cafe to bring them in line with the core of the business and demand, hence the uplift in costs in the last accounting year.

A. Sorry for the delay in response, we have had a few problems logging into the account.

We currently include rental in our catering services to music and event clients, which has grown considerably and we have seen a demand in equipment rental opportunities due to the quality of our equipment.
