A WORD FROM THE LANDLORDS

Currently running The Half Moon Inn, a trading and profitable pub in Yorkshire, we now want to develop PubCube, a software which will streamline all back of house operations into one single application, instead of the usual numerous spread sheets. It will also provide real-time performance indicators, schedule special promotions or events & enable easy social media management with a tips & tricks guide to making the most of all local & national marketing & exposure opportunities.

The software will be developed within the existing pub operation business, with a view to streamlining operations and ultimately, creating another source of revenue by licensing the software to other pub operators.

PubCube's programs will be managed by a full-time support team to prompt trade. This cloud based platform will help operators to manage book keeping, payroll & tax operations, to manage their events, promotions, social media activity, simply and effectively, in order to save outgoings and help them free up time & make more profit.

Your funds invested will be used to finally code the application, secure cloud server space, market, establish the support team & complete all due diligence.

ABOUT THE INVESTMENT

As an investor, it's important to remember that your repayments are supported by the ongoing trade of the pub operations, with the PubCube venture an additional source of growth for this established business. The investment is offered on the basis of a standard term loan with a 4-year period and monthly repayments of capital and interest. It will also be supported by the personal guarantee of the director.
