We have a showroom and office in Settle, United Kingdom and are home to the best brands in the industry including: Zen, Cobalt, Alpha and Legacy brands.

Like many businesses across the UK, DCConcepts faced challenges during the pandemic. However, they overcame these and are in a good position.

Credit commentary:
The director is providing a personal guarantee, this means that if the business fails, the director becomes personally liable for the loan. The director is not a homeowner, which is outside credit policy. The mitigants for this credit policy exception are that this is a well capitalised, established and profitable business with high margins. There have been no CCJs for the business or director. In 2020 and 2021, other operating income was £24,551 and £31,234. The admin expenses in 2020 and 2021 were £366,638 and £602,910.
