Independent family-owned business, Care Outlook, connects those in need of companionship, with professionals who have a deep understanding of care for adults in need. With a trusted network of over 800 skilled Care Assistants, Care Outlook’s family values run through the entire business. Patients are cared for like ‘family’. They support adults with a range of conditions such as autism, epilepsy, behavioural disorders, intellectual disabilities and acquired brain injury. We have raised £148k of our £200k target and will use the funds for software development and recruitment.

Independent, family-owned, home care specialist seeking funds to grow.

We are back for a second tranche and so far have raised £148k from our £200k target, which has been used to hire more staff.

Trading for over 16 years and we now have clients across nine sites, Hounslow, Hillingdon, Battersea, West Wickham, Oxford, Crawley, Brighton & Hove, Forest Hill and Hackney. We provide care for adults of all ages with special care, ranging from caring for people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, dementia care, to round-the-clock care.

Running as a family business, we carry strong family values that are core to how we operate as a business. That’s why we don’t just treat our patients as just another ‘patient’, but as family. Our approach is personalised. Whatever the requirements are, we are here to deliver them to the highest standards, with over 800 expert Care Assistants.

As well as fixed schedules, our carers provide flexible and round-the-clock services to our patients. This way they feel more supported. From going shopping to cleaning up around the house, we make sure that our patients have lifestyles and routines that remain organised and comfortable.

We move with the times, investing in new technology and upskilling ourselves to assure your safety & security. This includes our app which is available for both our carers and our patients. It connects patients with their carers and monitors the check-in and check-out times of each worker.

Our business is growing and the demands are increasing, and so we will use the funds for software development and recruitment.

This has been a brilliant journey so far and we’re excited for you to become a part of it.

COVID- Resilience:
A study finds that Care Homes have rapidly adapted to the pandemic by accommodating new guidelines and policies, this includes giving staff and companies an improved understanding of how to operate post-pandemic. The sector is resilient to the effects of COVID.

Credit Risk Comments:
The directors are providing personal guarantees, this means that if the business fails the directors become personally liable for the loan. One of the directors is a homeowner, however, this does not ensure there are sufficient assets should the loan need to be recovered. There have been no CCJs for the business or directors. There will be a cross-company guarantee with Broxbourne Properties Ltd
