We are now growing rapidly and find ourselves compromised on space and delivery of new services. Before the end of this year, we want to open a second 'fast fit' facility of 4000sqft in Peterborough, as well as relocating our flagship premises in Huntingdon to a new 10,000sqft purpose designed facility. We require funding support to ensure we continue to offer the very best service delivery to our customers, without being constrained on cash flow or large financial equipment provisions.

We are Bartlett Automotive, open since June 2009 as a sole trader, before becoming incorporated as a Limited company in 2013. We have steadily built our successfully business from a zero customer starting point.

After being made redundant from a local BMW dealer, Damian opened the doors to take on the competition and deliver a far superior customer experience, at a competitive price. The philosophy worked; we now have over 2500 returning customers, who trust us at each and every point.

We are passionate about customer care and our staff's experience when using our garage services. We take every precaution possible to make sure the customer has the very best service from their initial contact. All of our staff are courteous, welcoming and enthusiastic - all are able to talk to the customer in terms that they can easily interpret and understand, so they can make informed decisions on the recommendations given for their vehicle.

We operate as a family unit, though our experience and knowledge gives us the strength to take on the bigger competition (mainly dealers). Furthermore, our customers appreciate that we deliver just about everything that the main dealers offer, but better and at a more competitive price. We work really hard to engage the customer's trust from the offset; we're not there to take their money if its not warranted. We give the customer honest advice and opinions to ensure their safety at all times.

Our reputation has been built over many years and we're fiercely protective of it - we won't risk damaging. We are regularly audited by external bodies such as DVSA and the RMI, achieving the 'Gold' pass on professionalism, with adherence to all forms of policy and procedures is second nature. Our customers return again and again, with many commenting, 'we wish we'd found you sooner'.

We have international customers coming to our facility to see our expert technicians; they simply wont let anyone else under their bonnet! We're always trying to be the best we can be - in 2016 we won a number of awards (Best Garage; Best Local Business; Top 25/100 UK Business). We continue to chase this recognition as we know we have a winning formula. Our customer testimonials are always first class.

We try and be innovative with new services offered and ways of engaging with our current and new customers, so we have invested heavily in our social media campaigns and a new website to assist in the marketing of our business expansion.

We're even turning green this year and will be introducing the 'Bartlett Bikes' (in addition to courtesy cars) so our customers can cycle off into town while we repair their vehicles.
