As the founder and a busy mother of five, I've experienced firsthand the importance of providing exceptional early years education and care for every child. This passion inspired the creation of Bambinos Boutique Ltd, an exciting venture born from the success of Little-Bo-Peeps Child-minding, established in 2006. Our journey has been incredibly rewarding, and I'm thrilled by the dedicated team that has propelled us forward.

At the heart of our success lies our commitment to outstanding service and the trust we've earned from parents, caregivers, and industry professionals. We take pride in offering nutritious meals with a pristine 5-star Food Hygiene rating, ensuring the well-being of every child in our care. Our educational approach not only excels but also aligns seamlessly with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, guaranteeing the highest standards of learning and development. By recognising and celebrating differences, we create an enriching environment that fosters valuable life skills alongside academic progress. In 2016, we were honoured to receive the Step into Quality award, a recognition of our dedication to delivering exceptional childcare and education.

Our philosophy revolves around nurturing each child's uniqueness within a supportive and purposeful environment. Every child is valued as an individual, and we prioritise building strong relationships with each child and their family, fostering their development at their own pace. As we continue to grow, we're seeking investment for expansion and working capital. Join us in our mission to provide outstanding early years education and care, making a difference in the lives of children and families.

Credit Commentary
Bambino Boutique Daycare is a reputable, locally established childcare provider in Lancashire, offering quality early years education across three accessible sites. In 2019, Ofsted inspection praised quality of teaching, learning, personal development and noted areas of improvement in staff responsiveness. Their Clitheroe site was inspected by Ofsted in Jan’2025 and was rated good across all categories. The company holds an Equifax report of C. Bambino is a repeat business and the debt obligation with C2F has been settled. They are now looking for another fresh loan.

The business is owned by two individuals Keri Jackson and Warren Ian Jackson. Both the shareholders have a good credit profile and are homeowners- and have few additional properties without any encumbrance. This enhances the strength of the Personal Guarantee provided to us, offering additional comfort regarding their financial standing and commitment.

Looking at the financials, the company has maintained a stable turnover of approximately £1.4m in the last two years YE 2024 and 2023. In YE Jun ‘ 2024, a slight reduction in admin expenses supported a rise in Net Profit to £272k (YE 2023: £227k). And in the 6M YE 2025, the company reported a turnover of £796k , alongside a notable increase in net profit to £380k. According to the client, this was driven by an increase in funded child placements. Funding which was previously available only for children aged 3-4 years , has now been extended to include children from 9 months onwards. This expansion eligibility led to substantial intake of new children and for this very reason the business is looking for funds to expand the business and incorporate accommodation of the increased number of children they look after. They plan to build out buildings on their two other sites, which will create more space. The company posted EBITDA of £352k (YE Jun 2024) and sizable non-cash expenses provide a good cushion to support monthly obligations.
