• Construction Services - We’ll deliver quality construction solutions, on-time while using an advanced real-time safety management system.

We are proud to have worked alongside OneMedical group, an award-winning healthcare solutions provider to the NHS, especially in this time of need. Also to have dedicated our time to the current market challenge around the fire compliance of high-rise buildings to create a cladding and facade division to create a safer environment for all residents, considering recent events it was a top priority for us.

The industry has been affected by COVID-19, however, the industry is recovering at a rate of 6% as Britain opens up and restrictions are eased.

Credit Risk Comments:
The directors are providing personal guarantees, this means that if the business fails the directors become personally liable for the loan. One of the directors is a homeowner, however this does not ensure there are sufficient assets should the loan need to be recovered. There have been no CCJs for the business or directors.
