ICG Construction Management Services are making the process for planning, constructing, and operating buildings better. Working for both public and private sectors, ICG offer strategic development and construction consultancy for projects across the south east of England. They are pioneering changes in the construction industry, with BIM capabilities and will use the funds raised to further business development, purchase more equipment, and invest in recruitment.

Developing the construction industry

At ICG Construction Management Services, our aim is to 'develop better'. We cater to our clients' needs from design, through to completion. Our services are divided into three main sections: construction, design consultancy, and finally, land and development. We combine the latest technology with traditional building methods, allowing us to stand apart from the competition. For example, a big change in the construction industry is BIM (Business Information Modelling), and we're pioneering this with our expert capabilities, with plans to open a dedicated BIM office suite.

We've worked on numerous, million-pound-budget projects, and have built up a great reputation for quality and efficiency. We ensure to maximise uplift in land value, while in-keeping with policy and building regulations. Our locations include London, Sevenoakes, Orpington, and Croydon and builds range from apartment blocks to semi-detached and bungalow properties.

With the money raised in this campaign, we have big plans for the coming year. We aim to focus on business development and will heavily invest in recruiting new staff and purchasing more equipment, which will enable us to continue our success and grow our impressive portfolio of services and builds.

A. Hi, Marion Apartment were sold in 2017. Do you men Prevail Place? They are currently on Righmove with Strutt and Parker

A. Yes, we instructed a local demo contractor who let us down in 2014. Immediate changes were made and all contracts managed in house going forward. Valuable lessons were learnt and not repeated. We are now OHSAS 18001 registered.

A. We have development loans and unsecured of £150k. We will be raising more debt this year.
