Along with direct homecare customers, they operate a busy agency nursing service for local care and residential homes. Care More specialises in nursing recruitment and homecare, supporting the private sector in delivering a high-quality service with a flexible and responsive approach. Our busy nursing agency operates across Surrey, Kent and Kingston, providing fill-in staffing, while our regular homecare clients are based in Sutton and Epsom. This includes specialist services, with Registered Nurses who are trained to care for people with conditions such as diabetes, dementia and multiple sclerosis.

We pride ourselves on building a team that is devoted and passionate about the esteemed services we provide. To achieve this we strongly believe in giving high levels of training to all our staff, with all members undergoing regular professional development checks and training updates. On top of this, we give all our staff full access to any further training they wish for, enabling them to excel.

With our compassionate and highly trained staff, we have built a strong reputation as quality care providers. With the raised funds we are looking to expand the business further, by recruiting more staff and of course, training them to the high standard we pride ourselves on. As we pay our staff weekly but invoice quarterly, the funds will also allow for smoother cash flow.

A. Hi, we used to be part of a franchise and bought ourselves out in order to grow quicker which we have significantly. Our branch was called KP Epsom as Epsom was the centre of the territory. There is no fixed CQC review date as they are so busy and there is a large backlog as my inspector informed me recently. Our last inspection was May 2018 so it is within 30 months from that date in theory as we have a Good rating and no issues.

Hi Jakob, you are right it is a very competitive market.I have spent 22 years in retail customer service and ventured into this field 5 years ago.We are not the cheapest provider but the councils and our private customers are very happy as are our well paid staff due to our service, hence our rapid growth. We have just been chosen to take part in the Parliamentary Review which is testament to our quality, being one of only 15 chosen out of 8500 providers in the UK. Hope this reassures you.Prash
