Supporting young people from the age of 16, Bright Young Futures empowers youths with additional needs by providing short-term and long-term modern housing. Referred to by Local Authorities, they accommodate to the needs of every person to create stability with all of their services. The funds raised for this campaign will go towards housing new residents.

Creating modern living spaces for the youth in need to help them flourish and grow.

Supporting the youth from difficult backgrounds is an integral part of our company as it is a cause near and dear to us at Bright Young Futures. Not only this, but we are aware of the types of accommodations available for those from disadvantaged backgrounds and this is why it was important for us to create homes with individuals that are comfortable and safe. The homes are staffed 24/7 and we have a plethora of services to attend to the needs of our tenants.

It is pivotal that we create a space to help our tenants flourish, so we provide a person-centred service instead of a ‘one-size fits all’ as every need is different. Overall, all of our tenants receive engagement/key work sessions aimed to promote independent living skills. This will include Education & Employment, Health and well-being, Cooking, Household chores emotional well-being and more. We have a diverse staff team that provides nurturing support to service users, which enables positive outcomes, effective partnership working, and placement stability.

We believe it is essential that we ensure individuals are placed in the perfect home, so we factor in geographic area, ethnicity, religion, their support needs and risks that are posed to themselves and others.

We have two types of accommodation, our modern family homes with individual bedrooms, that are more ideal for 16-18 year olds and our own self contained furnished property, which is ideal for 18+ year olds.
