Bertinaley Care owns and operates four care homes in Dundee, Hamilton, Largs and Surrey, with each home working under our "It's your home. We're here for you" motto.

Bertinaley Care understands that moving from one's own home into residential care is an extremely difficult decision to make. We understand the reluctance to make the move, the uncertainty of what lies ahead and the fear of the unknown; we appreciates these are genuine and understandable concerns.

We are acutely aware of these problems and with high levels of experience and training, we aim to provide a warm and friendly atmosphere for all residents, relatives and friends. We simply aim to provide the elderly with a home from home.

Everyone has their own room in our homes, which can be decorated and furnished as they like. We provide activities organised by our co-ordinators, who know what your loved ones enjoy doing in their spare time. They may even find some hidden talents by taking part in group activities.

We strive to deliver a service of the highest quality with the aim of improving and sustaining a high quality of life. The care service is designed to meet the requirements of recognised accredited quality standard, whilst maintaining our people orientated work style.

To the highest standard and transparent: users receive written information on the home's procedure for handling complaints, comments and compliments and how to use it.
